They’re Back! Chloe Bailey CONFIRMS Chloe x Halle Reunion on New Album ‘Trouble in Paradise’

Chloe Bailey recently teased a reunion with her sister Halle Bailey for new music.

Indeed, as many know, the pair rose to prominence as part of the singing sister duo Chloe x Halle, heating up the scene with hits such as ‘Do It’ and the album ‘Ungodly Hour.’

Now, Chloe has confirmed that said new material is being housed on her incoming sophomore album, ‘Trouble in Paradise.’

Full story below…

In a new interview with Nylon, the 25-year-old lifted the lid on the collaboration, which has the title ‘Want Me.’

On the track, which serves as their first together in three years, Chloe shared:

“It’s weird, because it’s almost like I wrote the song for two without knowing it.

I was talking to one of my engineers, and she was telling me about this guy and how into her he is, and I was sharing a similar story. I was like, ‘But am I that much into him? Why is it that the ones we want don’t want us like this?’ I immediately wrote it down in my notes, and the song wrote itself in, like, five minutes.”

Continuing, she expanded on why Halle was a must for the record saying:

“I got in my sister’s head and was like, OK, what is going on in her life right now? We both have our own lives. She’s a mom now, we’re both traveling, we’re constantly passing each other in the sky. And I was like, ‘Sis, we’re going to be in New York at the same time, I would love for you to be on the record. It just felt like old times.”

Elsewhere on the album, the likes of Anderson .Paak and Jeremih also feature.

Are you buzzed for ‘Want Me’ and ‘Trouble in Paradise’ more broadly? As ever, let us know…
