Taylor Swift isn’t just reigning atop the Pop pack, she’s making it rain too.

For, according to a new report, the music titan has been cut a colossal check for the streaming release of her box office blockbuster, ‘The Eras Tour’ film.

Already a huge hit in theaters, ‘Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour’ (generating over $100 million in US presales alone), the trek went wide with its VOD (video on demand) release. Put simply, it was made available to buy and rent across all available vendors.

Now, though, Swift has announced the streaming debut of the expanded “Taylor Version” edition of the concert movie on Disney+ and Variety reports that the singer is making big bank for it.

Trumpeting the news, the 34-year-old wrote:

“This week is truly the best kind of chaos. I’m thrilled to let you know I’ve found a streaming home for The Eras Tour Concert Film, and that home will be @disneyplus. For the first time we’ll be showing the entire concert (including “cardigan”, plus 4 additional songs from the acoustic section!!) and I’m calling it, huge shock, “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version)”. Available starting March 15 which is actually very soon.”

According to sources, Swift’s deal is worth a jaw-dropping $75 Million and it’s claimed that Disney outbid the likes of Netflix for the rights to serve as the streaming home of ‘The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version).’

In essence, the move means the superstar has commercially flipped the AMC film three times: its theater release, its VOD roll-out, and now its streaming arrival.

All while still being “on” said tour, which has yet to arrive in major international markets such as Europe.

Say what folk will about Ms. Swift, there’s no denying that she’s doing it BIG!

News of the Disney+ deal comes ahead of the April 19 launch of the performer’s new album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ – which she surprised announced at the GRAMMYs 2024.

As of writing, ‘The Eras Tour’ film is the highest-grossing concert movie of all time with $261.6 million total.
