With all eyes on him after that shocking controversy from late November, Khalid is hoping to redirect gazes to his musical efforts – namely August’s ill-fated ‘Sincere.’

Marking a personal milestone as his first album to miss the Billboard 200’s top 10 upon its arrival, the singer-songwriter (born Khalid Donnel Robinson) is set to reignite interest in the project by unveiling news about its official deluxe edition.

Striking while the iron is hot, Robinson took to Instagram on Wednesday (December 4) to reveal the ‘Sincere’ re-release will drop Friday (December 6).

The date coincides with the unveiling of his forthcoming single, ‘Missing in Action,’ with GRAMMY-nominated songstress Chloe Bailey.

A two-disc set, ‘Sincere (Deluxe)’ is set to include all of the album’s original tracks with the addition of six new songs.
