According to a report by TMZ, Beverly Bardan has intimated a Change.org petition titled, “SAY NO TO SEX OFFENDERS IN HIDDEN HILLS.”

In the petition, Bardan makes the augment that Petty being in the neighborhood could potentially lower property values and could also potentially pose a threat to the safety of the neighborhood.

Minaj’s husband was previously convicted of first-degree attempted rape of a minor and later served prison time for manslaughter in 2006.

He is currently under house arrest, serving a one-year sentence due to him not registering as a sex offender in the state of California, a legal requirement there.

Minaj and her husband are currently neighbors with Kim Kardashian and Will Smith. They bought their home in December 2022.
