Coco Jones may have left the 2025 GRAMMYs emptyhanded after losing Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song for her hit ‘Here We Go (Uh Oh),’ but her fans received a consolation prize of sorts when the rising music diva gave them something else to celebrate: official news about her highly anticipated debut album.

While chatting it up on the red carpet of the 2025 GRAMMYs on Sunday (February 2), the GRAMMY winner revealed her debut studio effort is set to arrive on April 25.

“I’m just super excited; it’s been a really long process because I’m really strict with myself. So, I hope that it’s worth it and I hope that everybody’s happy [with it],” she shared.

Expected to feature the recent singles ‘Here We Go,’ ‘Sweep It Up,’ and the Future-assisted ‘Most Beautiful Design,’ Coco did not reveal the LP’s title but did give fans a hint at what they should expect from it.

“I think my fans are in store for what they love from me – those ballads and really vocally challenging moments – but I’m really trying to push the narrative of R&B,” Jones said. “I love to perform, I love high energy, I love choreography, and I want a world where they all can co-exist and I feel like R&B can be so flexible – that’s what I’m trying to showcase and teach my audience.”

Speaking of choreography, Coco lifted the lid on news her next music video will feature her doing acrobatics and other moves she’s learned that she may take on the road this Spring.

“Look out for the tour that will be in May, and I’ll be flipping around,” she said after relaying her manager encouraged her to do some of those new aerial tricks live on-stage.

At writing, Jones has not confirmed the title of or itinerary for the tour that will support her new album.
