Chandler Parsons Reveals What Luka Doncic Did After Hearing About His Blockbuster Trade To The Lakers

You won’t believe what Luka Doncic did before the big Los Angeles Lakers trade. It turns out that Luka was feeling felt emotional and needed something to cheer him up. So what did he do? He cried it out and then went and bought himself a $15 million house in Dallas. Yes, you heard me right, a $15 million house!

I mean, talk about treating yourself, right? When life gets tough, just go ahead and splurge on a multi-million-dollar mansion. Hey, if I had the cash, I might do the same thing! But seriously, Luka must’ve been down to go all out like that.

It was also revealed by former Mavericks star Chandler Parsons that Doncic cried immediately after finding out he was shipped to Los Angeles.

The after effects of one of the most blindsiding trades in NBA history are still being felt as Doncic and LeBron James are now teammates in Hollywood.

Doncic had spent his entire NBA career with the Mavericks after a draft-night trade sent his rights from Atlanta to Dallas.

‘I find it extremely disrespectful, I find it horrific bad business for you just to go and do this. And I’m also not buying that [head coach Jason] Kidd just didn’t know,’ Parsons said on FanDuelTV’s ‘Run It Back’.

‘I know you have to keep it in-house. I know you have to keep it close, tight, especially nowadays with social media. And Shams [Charania] somehow gets in there and finds everything out.’

‘[Luka Doncic] just bought a $15million house, just closed like last week in Dallas. Apparently he cried when he found out. And this is your everything?’

What ended up being Doncic’s final game with the Mavericks was on Christmas Day, when he suffered a calf strain against the Timberwolves.

Doncic is expected back next week and he will make his Lakers debut before the NBA’s All-Star break, which begins February 14.

Anyway, it just goes to show that even when things aren’t going your way, you can always find a way to lift your spirits.
