Angel Reese Criticizes McDonald’s All-American for Ignoring Kiyan Anthony

Angel Reese is relentless. When she observes anything that she believes to be unfair, the Chicago Sky star doesn’t keep quiet. The McDonald’s All-American Game organizers are her most recent target since they ignored Kiyan Anthony.

One of the most prominent high school all-star games in the United States is the McDonald’s All-American. The best 24 male and female prospects from all over the nation are invited to a game every year by the organizers to demonstrate their abilities to colleges and recruiters.

In contrast, Kiyan is a standout high school prospect in addition to being the son of legendary Denver Nuggets player Carmelo Anthony. He has made a commitment to Syracuse University, just like his illustrious father. Reese is upset that he was not invited to the McDonald’s All-American, though.

Kiyan took part in this year’s Jordan Brand Classic in Washington, D.C., after McDonald’s rejected him. According to a SportsCenter Next video, young Anthony led Team Air to a 141-124 victory over Team Flight and was named MVP after making a few three-pointers and dunking a few baskets.

SportsCenter wrote a caption for the video: “Kiyan Anthony was fryin. Kiyan finished with 26 [points] in the W.”
The Sky forward, for her part, attacked the All-American organizers in the article, writing: “Should have been a McDonald’s All-American, but we move on.”

Fans responded to Chi-Barbie’s comment right away, leaving 2,427 likes and 28 replies. With his skill and the help of basketball greats like Angel Reese, Kiyan is undoubtedly well on his way to making basketball history, even though his adventure is only just getting started.
